Traditional Dalmatian dessert wine produced by partially drying the grapes after their harvest in controlled conditions. Dense, with luxurious aromas and the taste of partly dried berries, it matures in wood. It is also often used in the preparation of sweet but also salty delicacies, where it adds a special sweet wine note and unique taste.
